Our Mission
Aesthetic Lane is a medical aesthetic practice that specializes in injectables, skin rejuvenation, facial rebalancing, and medical-grade skincare for protection, prevention, and correction.
Aesthetic Lane opened in 2017 in Orlando with the sole focus to help people get the youthful feeling they dream of. We continue to strive to deliver exceptional service to all of our clients and more!
The team at Aesthetic Lane has over twenty years combined experience in aesthetic services and reconstructive surgery. In addition to the individual experience of our practitioners, the practice as a whole has been recognized as a Presidential Account with Allergan, the creators of Botox, and a Presidents Club member with Galderma.

Brittany Lane White
RN, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Founder & Clinical Director
Brittany Lane White is a board certified family nurse practitioner, born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she obtained her bachelors degree in nursing. She then moved to Tampa, Florida where she worked in the medical intensive care unit, and the trauma/surgical intensive care unit for six years.
After deciding to further her education Brittany received her masters degree in nursing from the University of Tampa.
During her masters training is where she fell in love with aesthetic medicine. Brittany loved how she could restore patients self confidence as well as facial harmony through the work of aesthetics and skin care.
After graduation Brittany and her husband moved out to Los Angeles, California. Where she received her clinical training and injection specialist training at one of the top 25 Allergan accounts in the nation located in Santa Monica, California.
Brittany prides herself on taking a natural approach to facial aesthetics. She believes injectables should leave you feeling confident and refreshed never frozen or “done.”
In her spare time, Brittany enjoys spinning, traveling, reading, and weekends at the beach with her husband Brian, and their two kids Georgina (Georgie), and Westley.
Nathalie Steelman
Practice Manager & Esthetician
Nathalie is our Practice Manager, Client Coordinator, Esthetician and skincare expert! She received her bachelor’s in science and communication at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina. Furthering her knowledge, she returned to school to get her Esthetician License at Elise Esthetics in Maitland Florida.
She manages and exerts excellent customer service, helping patients achieve their skincare and medical aesthetic goals. Nathalie found her passion for surgical and nonsurgical aesthetics when living in Los Angeles California where she worked as the front office manager at one of the top injectable offices in the nation.
Jane Critchett
Board Certified Physician Assistant
We are proud to introduce Jane Critchett, a highly skilled board-certified physician assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University, and later obtained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida. Since 2015, she has been specializing in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with extensive training in surgical closure techniques, perioperative patient management, and cosmetic procedures. We are excited to welcome Jane to the Aesthetic Lane team, where she will continue to provide exceptional care to her patients.
Jasmine
Front Desk Coordinator
Meet Jasmine, our Front Desk Coordinator. She received a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida. In her leisure hours, Jasmine enjoys exploring various food places, spending time with her pets, Bagel the cat and Milo the dog, and going on adventures with her boyfriend Austin.
Anup Patel
MD, MBA
Medical Director
Dr. Anup Patel is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon trained in hand/upper extremity surgery, microsurgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Yale University, followed by a hand and microsurgery fellowship at the New York University Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Patel received his MD and MBA from the Yale University School of Medicine and Yale University School of Management, respectively. He graduated as the valedictorian of his class at the University of Florida majoring in economics, biochemistry and molecular genetics and valedictorian of his high-school class at Lake Highland.
Dr. Patel has served on the American Society of Plastic Surgeons’ Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee, as well as the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal’s Editorial Board. He is on the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Global Open Journal’s Editorial Board spearheading its operative video instructional series endeavoring to train surgeons worldwide. He serves as reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal. Dr. Patel has worked in the United States Senate assisting with healthcare finance involving the Medicare Prescription Drug Bill.
His academic success including innovative research has garnered numerous accolades and been featured in various media outlets. Recently, NBC’s Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon thanked Dr. David Chiu and Dr. Patel on the show for their help in managing and treating his ring avulsion injury and nerve compression. USA Today and former Governor Jeb Bush recognized Dr. Patel for his academic achievement and volunteer efforts at the University of Florida. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on various topics in surgery including aesthetics, burns, craniofacial, trauma, hand and microsurgery, and peripheral nerve compressions. Of note, he was awarded the Nobel Laureate Joseph E. Murray Award for his research on cost effectiveness of treatment of skin cancers.
Dr. Patel maintains a commitment to serving society co-founding Cents of Relief, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, that endeavors to empower victims of human trafficking through healthcare and education. The foundation has developed a partnership with Operation Smile to deliver burn care to indigent victims as well as comic book teaching about burn safety. He has been on panels with global health leaders such as NBA Global Ambassador Dikembe Mutombo and Partners in Health’s co-founder Dr. Paul Farmer for his work on reducing the global surgical burden of disease. Dr. Patel’s international efforts have been featured in the New York Times best-seller Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity.
