Meet the Team

Brittany Lane White is a board certified family nurse practitioner, born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she obtained her bachelors degree in nursing. She then moved to Tampa, Florida where she worked in the medical intensive care unit, and the trauma/surgical intensive care unit for six years.

After deciding to further her education Brittany received her masters degree in nursing from the University of Tampa.

During her masters training is where she fell in love with aesthetic medicine. Brittany loved how she could restore patients self confidence as well as facial harmony through the work of aesthetics and skin care.

After graduation Brittany and her husband moved out to Los Angeles, California. Where she received her clinical training and injection specialist training at one of the top 25 Allergan accounts in the nation located in Santa Monica, California.

Brittany prides herself on taking a natural approach to facial aesthetics. She believes injectables should leave you feeling confident and refreshed never frozen or “done.”

In her spare time, Brittany enjoys spinning, traveling, reading, and weekends at the beach with her husband Brian, and their two kids Georgina (Georgie), and Westley. 

Jane Critchett is a highly skilled Board-Certified Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University and later earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.

Since 2015, she has been specializing in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with extensive experience in surgical closure techniques, perioperative patient management, and cosmetic procedures.

Her approach combines technical precision with a personalized touch, focusing on natural-looking results and patient-centered care. Passionate about helping individuals feel confident in their appearance, Jane is dedicated to guiding patients toward their aesthetic goals with compassion and expertise.

Ami Patel is a dedicated practice manager who brings a powerful blend of leadership, compassion, and client-focused service to our team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University and an MBA in Marketing from Colorado Technical University—combining strategic insight with a deep understanding of human behavior.

With extensive experience in customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention, Ami takes pride in building lasting relationships and delivering meaningful results. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to creating personalized, positive experiences for every client. She prioritizes both exceptional client care and the well-being of her team, making her a respected and natural leader within our practice.

Beyond her operational expertise, Ami is passionate about educating others on the importance of personal wellness and skincare. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, charter fishing, and spending time at the range. She embraces adventure, travel, and self-care as key parts of a balanced life and is a strong advocate for giving back to the community—values that closely align with our mission and culture.

Jasmine Lee is a Licensed Esthetician and Patient Care Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida and has always had a deep passion for skincare and overall skin health. Her commitment to providing exceptional care and creating a welcoming environment makes her an invaluable part of our team.

She expanded her expertise by attending Meraki Esthetics Institute, where she earned her esthetician license. Jasmine offers a variety of skincare treatments and loves helping clients feel confident and radiant in their skin.

With her strong background in health sciences and hands-on experience in aesthetics, Jasmine brings a unique blend of knowledge, skill, and compassion to every interaction, whether she’s coordinating behind the scenes or working directly with clients.

Outside of the office, Jasmine enjoys discovering new restaurants, staying active with Pilates, and spending time with her loved ones. Her positive energy, dedication to wellness, and passion for learning continue to inspire both our clients and our team.

Dr. Anup Patel is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon trained in hand/upper extremity surgery, microsurgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Yale University, followed by a hand and microsurgery fellowship at the New York University Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. 

Dr. Patel received his MD and MBA from the Yale University School of Medicine and Yale University School of Management, respectively. He graduated as the valedictorian of his class at the University of Florida majoring in economics, biochemistry and molecular genetics and valedictorian of his high-school class at Lake Highland.

Dr. Patel has served on the American Society of Plastic Surgeons’ Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee, as well as the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal’s Editorial Board. He is on the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Global Open Journal’s Editorial Board spearheading its operative video instructional series endeavoring to train surgeons worldwide. He serves as reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal. Dr. Patel has worked in the United States Senate assisting with healthcare finance involving the Medicare Prescription Drug Bill.

His academic success including innovative research has garnered numerous accolades and been featured in various media outlets. Recently, NBC’s Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon thanked Dr. David Chiu and Dr. Patel on the show for their help in managing and treating his ring avulsion injury and nerve compression. USA Today and former Governor Jeb Bush recognized Dr. Patel for his academic achievement and volunteer efforts at the University of Florida. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on various topics in surgery including aesthetics, burns, craniofacial, trauma, hand and microsurgery, and peripheral nerve compressions. Of note, he was awarded the Nobel Laureate Joseph E. Murray Award for his research on cost effectiveness of treatment of skin cancers.

Dr. Patel maintains a commitment to serving society co-founding Cents of Relief, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, that endeavors to empower victims of human trafficking through healthcare and education. The foundation has developed a partnership with Operation Smile to deliver burn care to indigent victims as well as comic book teaching about burn safety. He has been on panels with global health leaders such as NBA Global Ambassador Dikembe Mutombo and Partners in Health’s co-founder Dr. Paul Farmer for his work on reducing the global surgical burden of disease. Dr. Patel’s international efforts have been featured in the New York Times best-seller Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity.
