Even though Botox is a non-surgical procedure, it does have some restrictions post treatment. Unlike with surgery, or more invasive procedures, Botox has relatively low recovery time, if at all.
Most Orlando Botox practitioners recommend keeping upright for at least four hours after having a Botox treatment, as well as avoiding any strenuous activity the day of the procedure. However, you can still wash your face after having Botox. Waiting a few hours post treatment is ideal if you want to wash your face or reapply make-up.
If you do need to wash your face earlier than that, be cautious, wash gently when you go around injection sites, and try not to apply too much pressure. If you have more questions about Botox aftercare, always refer to the practitioner that performed the procedure.
